Hello all! My name is Mohammad Kassem. Many of you know me by Moody. I am currently a junior and I am majoring in Biology with premed intentions. Some random facts about Moody would be that I was born in Minneapolis, Minnesota. I moved to Beavercreek in 1993 when I was a young in and I went to Beavercreek Schools. I just turned 20 years old the 17th of October. Wohoo! Other notable facts; I like reading, soccer, paintballing, visiting other countries, and as weird as it may be, but I enjoy studying. I sometimes I wish I could be a professional student the rest of my life, but if that were the case, I would not be making money rather just spending it. :-)
Other things about me that you should know I guess would be that I am involved pretty heavily involved here on campus and off. I am the president of the Biology Club; I am a cabinet member with Student Government and work everyday with Deb Dropcho. ;) I am the vice president of the Muslim Student Association here at Wright State, and I volunteer at Miami Valley Hospital in PACU (post anesthesia care unit). I have 3 jobs. I own my own computer repair/help business, I work as an Epson rep in Best Buy, and I work in Student Government (yes it’s a job, I work a minimum of 13 hours alone for this a week), yuk.
I am one of the most social beings you will most likely meet. I LOVE making people laugh, and I really enjoy a good conversation about anything. I like to think of my self as very approachable, so if you see me sometime roaming around, feel free to stop me and say hi, I love meeting new people! I am one of a couple of the premed’ers on the Deans Circle, so if you have a question pertaining to the premed route or medical school, please feel free to ask me, I would love to help anyone! Keep checkin the blog for more posts in the future!
Take care,
Mohammad “Moody” Kassem
